this week
This week: Started two classes at Regis while finishing my Philosophy class at NSCC, at Thursday I got in a fender bender, and on Saturday we realized that sewage drain pipe in the upstairs bathroom was busted (don't ask how we realized this). In addition both Timothy and Samuel have been sick. Through the whole week, even though it's been tough, the Lord's been faithful. Here are just a few examples:
- I have been able to complete my homework
- The final got canceled in my Philosophy class (thank you Jesus)
- Neither I, nor the lady whose car I hit were injured at all.
- Moreover, the damages were really minor
- We caught the sewer problem the day it happened, and now that we aren't renting the downstairs we can use that bathroom while the upstairs bathroom is being repaired.
- Timothy has been talking a lot more clearly lately.
Needless to say there are more, but it's good to remember in times of trouble that He has us taken care of.

school
I just finished my third enrollment session at Regis, completing CS432 Object Oriented Analysis and Design. Let's just say I have a newfound respect for diagrams. This week I started Discrete Mathematics and x86 Assembly language at Regis. I also decided to solely attend Regis after I finish my Philosophy class at NSCC so that I may finish with my degree sooner rather than later.

Microsoft stuff at home
This quarter I have an assembly language class which heavily focuses on MASM, incidentally Microsoft has recently made Visual Studio Pro 2008, Windows Server 2003, and SQL Server 2005 available for free to students via their DreamSpark program. They've also made Office Ultimate very cheap (60 bucks) for students via their 'Ultimate Steal' program. Thus for the first time in years I have a fully functional Windows workstation at home.
